The Role:

The Employee Development Training Manager serves as a strategic talent management consultant for assigned business units at the Corpus Christi Refinery (CCR). By designing and facilitating employee and organizational development programs, this individual will deliver improved individual and team performance goals and objectives. The Employee Development Training Manager will execute human resource, talent, and organizational change initiatives by effectively partnering with all levels of management and employees in the organization and by exemplifying a proactive, customer-driven approach to attracting, engaging, and retaining the talent needed to execute optimal business strategy.
