The Plant Manager will manage the complete operation of the Cicero Lubricant Manufacturing Facility to ensure maximum efficiency of blending, packaging, and customer fulfillment processes. The successful candidate will direct the manufacturing of products and control the inventory of finished products, raw materials including base oils, additives and containers as the MRP controller. finished products, raw materials including base oils, additives and containers as the MRP controller. This individual will control and direct facility staffing and organization plan and are also responsible for achieving and maintaining safety, environmental, health and training goals. The Plant Manager will be responsible for implementing accounting and inventory control programs and manage the corporate relationship with the local community and various government agencies. This individual will establish and execute facility long range plan, expenses, capital and staffing budgets. The successful candidate will develop major plant improvements and make recommendations on new business opportunities for the facility as well as the lubricants business in general.
