The Role:

The Retirement Plans Manager will manage the design, implementation, communication and administration of CITGO’s defined contribution and defined benefit plans. The successful candidate will assure that all plans are administered in compliance with all federal laws and regulations. This individual will direct the administration and development of applicable policies and procedures. The Retirement Plans Manager will supervise the production and activities of the Retirement Plans Analysts. This individual will work closely with and monitor the retirement plans' vendors. The successful candidate will provide input to the operating budget and manage applicable budgetary expenses.
