Building on growing industry trend of replacement of hardware by software, all electric systems and robotics; the Controls & Automation (C&A) Software Development Director role will have the opportunity to develop and drive lean Software product development strategy to support TechnipFMC growth plan and Configure to Order Product transformation at global scale. This role will work on growing software development capabilities to support the growth of the company and in the energy transition transformation. This individual will demonstrate strong transformational leadership skills and successful broad experience in leading technical teams, including, but not limited to, Product and Software Development.
