Business Development Manager
LoneStar Group is a leading premier supplier of critical bolting, sealings and highly engineered precision manufactured parts to the Oil & Gas (Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream), Power Generation and Industrial markets.
Headquartered in West Midlands, UK, and employing approximately 1,200 people across 13 businesses, LoneStar Group provides standardized and custom high-performance fasteners, gaskets, and flow-control components to the oil and gas and the power generation industries. The Business Development Manager will lead the organizations’ efforts in identifying, quantifying, understanding, and penetrating new market opportunities which are outside of current core markets, but which capitalize on the organizations’ core competencies and value propositions.
In addition, the Business Development Manager will provide strategic and commercial leadership across LoneStar’s US business units to improve customer acquisition and retention, improve market share, expand into new market segments, and add new sales channels and geographies in the US.
