Recruitment Administrative Coordinator Position

The Recruitment Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for the Merrimac team.   

 

Accountabilities

  • Provide overall administrative support for the Merrimac team

  • Work collaboratively with the Merrimac team across functions and provide support as needed to colleagues

  • Assist in preparing/creating reports, letters, and presentations for clients

  • Assist with travel arrangements for consultants and candidates

  • Prepare agendas and schedule interviews between consultants, potential candidates, and clients

  • Assist with organizing/attending a wide variety of company functions and events from small meetings to larger gatherings

  • Attend meetings and record minutes as needed

  • Input data in the in-house CRM system, and contribute to company-wide administration of CRM system

  • Other duties as needed

 

Requirements

  • College degree preferred

  • Proficiency Microsoft Suite of Products

  • Project-minded and organized with a strong attention to detail

  • Interested, curious, and willing to learn about businesses across various industries

  • Professional phone etiquette and comfortable approaching executives

  • Possessing a high level of integrity with purpose driven motivation

  • Authentic, self-driven and client-focused

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills; strong listening skills

  • Willing to ask for help when needed and asks for feedback and takes it on board

  • Flexible and resilient; Adapts quickly when circumstances change

  • Collaborates with colleagues to achieve shared objectives and the ability to accomplish tasks quickly and effectively

  • Self-starter, able to work independently, predict the needs of the consultants, and take direction without much follow up
