The Technical Sales Manager will participate in developing the market and sales plan for the region including BD plans and Budgets. This individual will identify, develop, and maintain robust and effective business relationships with key decision makers and monitor the market, customers, suppliers, and competitors and ensure market intelligence is captured and used effectively in the business decision making process. The successful candidate will proactively manage and strengthen client relationships by being their problem solving “go-to” person; provide robust technical solutions to clients. The Technical Sales Manager will also continually follow up with clients through opportunity cycle, assisting where required, and ensuring quality service delivery to secure repeat business. The successful candidate will provide guidance and leadership for the regional application engineers. This individual will generate and submit commercial proposals to customers and demonstrate effective delivery of technical sales presentations to promote company products and service offerings.
