The Role:

The Research, Development & Engineering (RD&E) Director – Intervention Services & Drilling Tools (ISDT) is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet the required quality standards by planning, coordinating and controlling the design and development of new products to meet customer needs. The Director will also be responsible for the improvement and enhancement of existing products and services to maximize the unit’s growth and performance, guaranteeing the continuous innovation of products and services, and work processes.
