DynaEnergetics is focused on premium products based on invention, innovation and engineering. The company has the largest international perforating products market share and have introduced products that have created step-change improvements to O&G field operations efficiencies. As the company continues to grow with technically differentiated products. They are looking to expand their North America sales team with a Houston based Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
The Role:
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for DynaEnergetics will be responsible for value selling technically differentiated perforating systems to the O&G operators in Houston at market premium pricing. This individual will be part of a collaborative sales team across the US with clear growth objectives.

The RSM will represent DynaEnergetics and their premier perforating systems to the Houston market by strategically developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with energy sector operators and service providers. This role builds value propositions related to operational efficiencies, improved hydraulic frac performance and improved return on capital employed to operators. The RSM closes business sales opportunities, while adjusting sales strategies to the dynamic market drivers. This will be an opportunity to be a part of an industry leading growth organization where one can have real impact and add value to a cohesive team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in unconventional well completions and hydraulic fracturing, along with proven sales experience. He/she will have a strong understanding of perforating’s role in successful execution of hydraulic fracturing. The successful candidate will have strong relationships and contacts in the industry, particularly with the major operators.
