Psychometrics

Merrimac International offers various psychometrics services including Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Hogan Assessments, and Leadership Circle Profile.

  • Myers Briggs Type Indicator is an introspective personality inventory indicating differing psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions. The four preferences with which the client most closely identifies (one from each scale) are combined into what is called a "type". Altogether, there are 16 different personality types. Each type has its own set of preferred behaviors and personality functions. Following the Indicator, a comprehensive report will deliver a concise yet thorough interpretation of your MBTI results. The report delves into the pattern of preferences unique to the client's type and explains clarity of preference and what it means.

  • Hogan Assessments are a series of highly researched and statistically valid and reliable personality assessments. They analyze a unique combination of decision-making style, values, normal personality characteristics, and derailers; and provide insight into how one works, works with others, and what is most likely to get in their way. Rather than one’s perceived personality and preferences, it gives insight into how one shows up and how their personality and behaviors are perceived by others. A credentialed executive coach debriefs the report as well as provides insight into leadership, team, and organizational implications and recommendations to enable greater effectiveness and potential. This is part of the Executive Onboarding service.

  • Leadership Circle Profile is a highly researched and statistically valid and reliable 360 assessment that measures to what extent one is demonstrating factors that contribute to and hinder leadership and business effectiveness and performance. It is recommended to use 360 assessments after one has been relatively established in their role (e.g., at least three (3) to six (6) months). A credentialed executive coach debriefs the report as well as provides insight into leadership, team, and organizational implications and recommendations to enable greater effectiveness and potential. This is an optional component of Executive Onboarding provided at additional costs upon request.
