The Role:
The Area Sales Manager – MidCon will manage all sales activities within the MidCon territory to actively promote and sell to a direct customer base Guidant Measurement products, parts and service as well as any and all distributed products within the territory. This individual will manage and understand, develop and maintain customer relationships as they relate to the products and services provided out of the operation. The Area Sales Manager – MidCon will establish and maintain personal and direct reports performance objectives to increase revenues in the territory while maintaining quality standards, productivity, and profitability through performance goals of the department set by the Company.
